Our Philosophy and Core Values

Children are like wet cement. Whatever falls on them leaves the impression! Dr. Hiam Ginnot

Our Philosophy

Research shows that 90-95% of brain growth happens in the first 5 years and if a child’s needs are met with empathy, guidance, and loveand nurtured by a close connection then his brain oozes with love hormones that help the brain regulate and produce the conditions ready for learning. Quoting Rose Kennedy “Whenever I held my newborn baby in my arms, I used to think that what I said and did to him could have an influence not only on him but on all whom he met, not only for a day or a month or a year, but for all eternity” — a very challenging and exciting thought for a mother.”

We live by our core values

  1. Children should always feel loved and welcomed – relationship shapes the developing brain. Love helps grow a child’s brain.
  2. Children should always be respected and trusted – trusting secure relationships support cognitive, emotional, and social development.
  3. Disengage from the resistance and a never-ending battle-of-wills and start connecting with children with our heart, mind, and soul!
  4. Kids should be eating whole, minimally processed food—food that is as close to its natural form as possible to help stabilize their moods and energy levels, sharpen their minds, and give them the best opportunity to grow into healthy and confident adults.
